Proactively coordinate and schedule in person and online meetings for SVP and team including booking conference room or zoom rooms, ordering and setting up

Assists and fills in at the front desk as needed, including but not limited to answering the phone, scheduling patient appointments.

Must have experience answering telephone calls. Computer Knowledge Microsoft, Apple, Android and Skills in Office (excel/word).
