UNIT DESCRIPTION:

In our Beaumont Flex program, you will receive all the support and resources of being an employed member of our accomplished teams, along with the perks of traditional travel or per diem nursing, including:

• excellent pay and contract rates
• various shift options and staffing contract choices
• flexible and convenient self-scheduling online with the Beaumont Flex scheduling app
• Streamlined PRN orientation
• We also offer a TRAVEL option for those who live 75 miles outside our area!

The Beaumont Flex nursing team has opportunities to practice across our entire network in areas such as Dearborn, Farmington Hills, Grosse Pointe, Royal Oak, Taylor, Trenton, Troy, and Wayne.

Individual assignments are determined by staffing volumes to serve the identified areas with the greatest needs.

Our Flex nurses float to the following areas within our system:

• EC

• Med/Surg

• PCU

• ICU

• Cath Lab (NEW 2023!)

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing: diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN, DNP/Ph.D.
• Specialty certification is highly recommended after 2 years in specialty.
• Two years of recent RN experience required.
• Active RN license in the state of Michigan required.
• Possess current American Heart Association/American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Other certifications as required by department.
