Receive telephone calls and emails from users with computer related hardware and software problems or how-to inquiries. High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Maintain regular contact with subcontractors, customers, employees, to ensure that all project progress is on track.

Train, guide and work collaboratively with QA/RA, R&D and Operations teams involved in risk management activities throughout the product development lifecycle,

Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested including preparing check request covers and credit card/expense reimbursement forms.

FE or PE certification a plus. Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience in estimating, operations, or engineering required.
