We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time seasonal remote position. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities Include

• Work in a call center from shifts ranging between 8am to 9pm Mountain Time.

• Making outbound phone calls to assist customers with rescheduling appointments and/or taking transferred calls from Customer Loyalty Specialists to assist with call flow

• Helping sales reps with pointing them in the right direction concerning technology help (tech support), permitting, housing, or pay.

• Communication between call center, service pros, area managers, and other sales reps for customer appointments and various other tasks.

• Answering basic questions about customer accounts, pricing, and updating payment methods.

• Fielding basic questions on what pests we treat and which we do not.

• Fielding basic questions about what our service entails and what the sales rep or customer expects.

Qualifications:

• Customer service a plus but not required

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills

Remote Requirements:

• Remote position at home (mandatory 5 day virtual training from 8AM-4PM Mountain Time)

• Must provide a quiet work environment

• Internet speeds of 20 Mbps, consistent download speeds with jitter below 20 milliseconds

• Minimum typing speed of 35wpm
