Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. Associates degree and/or two years experience in related field

Fundraising event management, including participation in planning calls, coordinating staff and volunteer participation, and executing event-related logistics

Primary responsibilities include completing accurate data entry, packaging returns for pick up, answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting clients.

Coordination of vendors with field contractors. Assists in facilitating the bidding process with contractors. New construction: 5 years (Preferred).

Helps reception with any incoming calls as needed. Provide patient services that do not require a professional license to perform.
