Sales Administrative Assistant:

Responsibilities:

· Client Issue in relation to sales (this includes rep issue relating to client

· Leads Sales Lead generation entry in CRM: Take all incoming inquiries from all sources: phone call ins / telemarketing events. Follow up with assigned sales reps

· Demo request: Process request and coordinate internal Demo with Sale Rep

· Audit equipment deal paperwork provided by Sales Reps for submission to Admin for invoice processing.

· Successful ITT delivered and installed within 30 days (backorders being the exception)

· Coordinate dealer ship in/out.

· Negotiations for Install/Network/Service. Expedite to ensure successful dealer install.

· Support VP Sales & Sales Managers

· Assist Sales Reps with Accountability Review assistance reporting pulled from CRM

· Assist client request for offboarding (closeout) process buyout lease quotes to Clients leaving

· Liaison to Sales Rep & Logistics Team: Communication on last minute updates or changes for Delivery

Support Sales & Marketing related events:

· Open House planning and participation

· Support attend marketing events

· Work with marketing for equipment updates

· Monitor Sales LinkedIn profiles

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma

College or technical degree preferred.

3 or more years of experience in Admin Role

Strong communication skills

Strong computer skills; including email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel, work with in a CRM

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE Starting $42,000
