K.A.I. Construction is seeking a Sales Representative/ Estimator for our commercial paving company located in Yuba City, CA. As a Sales Representative, you will build long-term, solid relationships with customers in order to meet their commercial paving needs. The ability to negotiate and problem-solve will be the keys to success. We are searching for professional sales representatives who know how to build a book of business and coordinate and drive the selling efforts to the finish line.

Compensation plan is designed to reward your efforts with excellent earning potential. This position requires an understanding of the regional business to business sales process to include: Business Development, Estimating, Project Coordination, Order Processing, Account Research, Product Application and Growth of Market Share.

Paving or pavement estimating experience is a plus. The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position:

Job Qualifications

· Base salary + Commission

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to estimate commercial asphalt and/or concrete jobs and prepare a proposals

· Computer literate

· Outstanding negotiation and selling skills

· Willing to travel throughout a regional area

· College degree preferred
