Badlands Security Group is currently looking for quality security officers and a security supervisor in Williston ND, to provide Security at Williston State College. The positions are armed. The officers will need to have or get their North Dakota Licensed Armed Guard card. Having a current armed card is a plus, but we can help you obtain one if necessary but the process takes time. Uniforms and required equipment will be provided. A valid drivers license is also required, as there is a provded security patrol vehicle.

The Security Supervisor postion will require the regular duties of a security officer as well as supervising security personnell, scheduling, training, vehicle maintenance,

An armed Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our establishment by protecting lives, property and assets. The Security Officer's duties may include preventing crime, providing deterrence, conducting investigations, apprehending criminals and writing detailed reports of incidents. The ideal candidate will have a background in security, excellent communication skills and adhere to strict guidelines related to the use of firearms and self-defense training.

Responsibilities:

• Obey orders at all times without expressing concerns.
• Be authoritative and in control of a situation.
• Protect other people in a building.
• Prevent private property from being damaged.
• Resolve conflict situations if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
