Collaborative Drug Therapy Management or other post-diagnostic disease state management, pursuant to a valid agreement. Receipt or transfer of a prescription.

Works with the Development Team to review construction drawings to include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil engineering,
