Position

ATI has a current need for a Senior Project Manager in Panama City, FL to provide construction management services for the rebuild of Tyndall AFB. Oversight of both design-build and design-bid-build contracts is required, primarily related to vertical construction projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related engineering discipline or architecture ;
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Project Manager / Engineer or Architect on large complex multimillion dollar vertical construction projects, preferably in support of the DoD;
• US citizenship and the ability to pass a background check in a timely manner;
• Current Professional Engineer or Architect license is strongly preferred; and
• Experience with the Resident Management System (RMS) is a plus.
