Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.

Ensures program site operates in accordance with the organizations quality standards for safety, cleanliness, and comfort as well as adhering to state

Tracks and reviews cash flow and related transactions. Provides detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions. Assists in the monthly closing process.

Contribute to overall design team to facilitate successful implementation of project building plans/ design intent. Knowledge of ADA and local building codes.

Be accountable for the use of all provided assets (gas card, tools, truck, etc). Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment (work vehicle, tools, etc).
