We are currently hiring experienced servers at Grape Creek Vineyards in Fredericksburg, TX.

Compensation:

Server pay starts at $5.25 + tips (Avg earnings equal ~$25-$35 an hour)

• Providing a superior guest experience while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience by
• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return

We are open Sunday - Thursday 11am - 5pm, and Friday - Saturday 11am - 9:00pm (last seating at 7:30pm)
