Job Summary

A Shift Leader is required to deliver the ultimate guest experience. The team member should be knowledgeable, efficient, and have a positive attitude. The Shift Lead is responsible for the overall shift operations, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in the absence of the General Manager. Shift Leads typically supervise a staff of 1-3 team members and carry out management responsibilities consistent with Nekter Juice Bar standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Craft hand-made juices, smoothies and acai bowls to Nekter specifications
• Provide excellent customer service from the register to the pickup counter and beyond
• Operate the cash register
• Clean, sweep, sanitize, mop and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Rinse and wash product before serving
• Stock supplies on an on-going basis
• Open/Close the store
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Know and effectively execute Nekter Juice Bar promotions

Skills & Abilities

• 1 Year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
• Food handler card provided prior to employment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Communication skills
• Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork
• Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours)
• May require some bending and lifting a minimum of 40lbs
