We are currently seeking both mid-level and senior software engineers with the following qualifications to join our growing development team.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field [Computer Science, MIS, Engineering]
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a technology or software company
• 3 years’ using Modern Web Development Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• 3 years’ using .NET C#
• 2 years’ Developing Web Applications against Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS Web and the Google Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

• A Masters’ degree in a relevant field [Computer Science, MIS, Engineering]
• 4+ years’ experience in a similar position in a technology or software company
• 4+ years’ using Modern Web Development Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• 4+ years’ using .NET C#
• 3+ years’ Developing Web Applications against Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS Web and the Google Cloud
• 2+ years’ working with the Microsoft 365 Development Ecosystem
• Experience with AI/ML services such as Cognitive Services and Open AI

Our software engineering team is a dynamic group of individuals focused on building the most secure, flexible, technically robust and intuitive contract management application on the market. We help our customers manage their most important assets – their contracts – and must do so in the most effective and secure way possible.

Our engineering team is a Scrum Team, one where our engineers participate in a number of cross functional roles as they contribute creatively and technically in building our feature sets. As part of this team, our engineers work on a variety of different focus areas utilizing various different technical resources. From our next generation AI/ ML functionality to our use of Cosmos DB, Azure functions, and Typescript, our engineers are continuously learning, evolving and growing with the most modern of technologies.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $127,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. The salary range is determined by expertise, experience and education.
