Teradyne is looking for a motivated, conscientious individual who has a desire to learn how SW is used in the dynamic, and cutting-edge Automated Semiconductor Testing industry. You will work with the Agoura Hills, California team of experienced SW engineers to help develop solutions that advance the overall engineering team’s capabilities or assist them in the development, testing, and debugging of the current SW engineering efforts.

This internship is for summer 2023, with some hybrid flexibility.

For this position, we are considering those with the following educational pre-requisites:

• 
  Current student at an accredited college or university with sophomore or above standing
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or better

Skills that are helpful to have for this position:

• 
  Understanding and practiced in software engineering principles
• Able to do object-oriented software design, and implementation
• Proficiency in C#, C++, or Java languages
• Have developed SW in the Windows development environment
• Has used Microsoft’s Visual Studio interactive development environment
• Has used Microsoft’s Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Database design and skill with Web application and database integration

• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies
