Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Must have an Active (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

The preferred candidate will have a clean and valid Class C driver's license. Performs customer deliveries utilizing Class C equipment. EAP and Work Life Plan.

Manage calls, emails, and additional communications; Source of knowledge for our members by answering questions, sharing information etc;

You will greet patients, check them in, answer phones, schedule patients, collect copayments, and do other insurance transactions.

The ability to accept criticism to develop and grow professionally. Respond and reply to customer inquiries from phone, email, social media and any other outlet
