Interact with customers (either in-person or by phone / email) on a daily basis to answer questions and understand their needs to better assist.

General office work, including phone calls, letters, faxes and filing. Knowledge in counting large volumes of cash. Z-readings and credit card audits.

Help out front desk. Printing day sheets, check payments allocations and adjustments. Send insurance claims electronically, record payments.

Active license, AANP or ANCC certification and credentialing in the state in which he/she will be working required. Education Level: Master's Required.
