What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an AI Intern to help develop ML into our key datasets to drive optimization and improve product development. The team is building unique AI and ML powered solutions to augment our trading platform. These solutions will drive customer growth by empowering institutional and retail investors to gain real time insights that multiply trading gains while managing risk and improving compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Assist with developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Work with developers to access data, understand data models, workflows and architecture
- Work with the Data Strategy Sr Manager to understand our internal data warehouse and current internal data available
- Work with the team in sprints in the Agile framework and present demos to product development teams and other stakeholders
- Knowledge and expertise on mathematical models for machine learning
- Good communication skills (both written and oral) are necessary
- Enthusiastic learner who can think creatively, raise questions, and research items as necessary
- Possessing a “Can Do” attitude to build quality code at a high velocity
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or a related technical field
- Exposure to Machine Learning, Kubernetes, Python, Dash, Javascript, Highcharts, NLP API’s, AWS and Heroku
- Understanding of Agile SDLC, Change Management
