The ServiceNow Admin/Developer will assist in the administration and development of the ServiceNow platform in support of the processes, policies, and procedures for the IT organization, based on the ITIL Service Management framework.

• Assists in the development and implementation of new configurations and customizations in ServiceNow
• Provide administration, application development, testing, maintenance and technical support leveraging web programming techniques
• Interpret business requirements into a functioning solution within the tool
• Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions
• Creating reports and/or dashboards to meet business requirements
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Entry level knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Entry level knowledge of ITSM
• Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals Course desirable
• ServiceNow experience a plus

• Experience with client and server-side scripting and API’s, HTML/CSS/AJAX highly desirable
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM products highly desired
• Experience with technical writing desired
• Adept with Microsoft Word and Visio
• Adept at critical thinking and problem solving
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Strong attention to detail
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to learn and apply appropriate testing practices as it pertains to software development and implementation
• Adaptable to change and able to work with some autonomy and initiative.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment, but due to Covid-19, this position will be a remote opportunity.
