Therapist (CSW/MFT/CMHC/ACMHC/LCSW/LMFT) Responsibilities:

• facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
• development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates, completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
• timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews.
• engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other departments.

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of Utah or license eligible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
