Develop awareness of interior design through practical experience, observation and interaction with a LaZBoy Designer.

The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OTR/L, PT, or SLP). Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.

Must have at least 1 to 2 years recruiting experience. Will be on site at the client recruiting for their needs. Must be able to manage up to 50 employees.

Training is extensive, up to 6 weeks prescheduled, virtual / in-office (by supervisor request), contractors must attend training everyday to build proficiency.

Great position for someone with a technical and/or creative background. Previous marketing design experience is helpful, but we can train the right person.
