Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person. This includes the use of a telephone.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment

High school graduation or possession of a G.E.D. issued by a state department of education; plus, one of the following: Ability to promote library services;

CMA (AAMA) certified or willing to become certified. Adhere to ethical standards of conduct as well as applicable state and federal laws.
