We are looking for a beertender/ retail associate to join our team!

Duties include:
-Serving beer in our 14 tap taproom
-Learning about our beer offerings, and beer types
-Interacting with customers about our beers and our company history
-Leading tasting tours (required)
-Assisting in the retail area by keeping things stocked and organized
-Learning how to manage inventory and add new inventory as it arrives
-Using our Shopkeep point of sale system to check out customers and keep accurate store inventory
-Cleaning and organization of work spaces as needed
-Answering customer inquiries about our location, hours, tour info, and merchandise
-Our current store hours are 11am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 12pm-9pm Friday & Saturday and 12pm-5pm Sun. Must have availability between these times, most needed will be Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 10-20 hours/week with the possibility for more hours if appropriate. AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS WITH WEEKEND AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING SUNDAYS. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO AT LEAST 3 DAYS WEEKLY INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY.
-May be asked to work an early morning (6-8 am) start 1-2 times monthly when we get truck shipments
-Must be able to bend, lift, and squat without issue, at least 50 pounds. You will occasionally have to lift kegs and move/carry heavy beer inventory and other boxes or goods.
-Must be personable, and have a good sensibility of the comfort level of our patrons.
-Must be positive and willing to interact and keep busy.
-Must be reliable, and have a reliable way of getting to work.
- Must be extremely trustworthy and able to work with little or no supervision at times
-Must be self-motivated and recognize tasks to be done without always being prompted
-Must have good writing, reading, and speaking skills. You may have to create social media posts or respond to messages from the public, and we need someone who can do this clearly with little error and great accuracy of information.
