Salary is $75-110K per year, depending on experience

Carpentry Estimator Project Manager Expectations:

  • Measure, calculate, and create project estimates and present them to clients
  • Schedule and manage all the projects for our service work (desks, door & window replacements, siding, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the office staff so they can support your efforts
  • Build and develop customer relationships that turn into work to keep our crews busy year-round
  • Visit job sites and manage project foreman
  • Assist in training efforts
  • Help grow the carpentry division
  • Clear communication with everyone you interact with

Carpentry Estimator Project Manager Skills & Experience needed to be successful:

  • Carpentry or Construction Project Management experience required
  • Hands on project management experience in the field
  • Able to represent yourself professionally with your teammates and our customers
  • Has a natural curiosity and enjoys digging into and solving problems
  • Willingness to actively engage with customers and prospects
  • Thinks fast and enjoys being active
  • Project scheduling and coordination
  • Computer literacy preferred
