Act as advocate for the program by providing ongoing guidance and direction to the adjunct medical directors and core didactic and clinical faculty including

Handle incoming phone calls from customers regarding plans, inquiries within their book-of-business; and provide guidance regarding the rules and regulations.

A Customer Service Representative will professionally respond and interface directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, not limited to fulfilling orders

Quality control accountability to ensure field compliance with all associated project specifications and technical requirements; HVAC/R: 7 years (Preferred).

Uses Point of Sale system/cash register. Uses cash register & lottery machine. Cleans & maintains all areas of kitchen/store. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
