We are Ultrasabers, the leaders in custom combat lightsabers and we are hiring a new Director Of Marketing! The Director of Marketing is responsible for all marketing associated with Ultrasabers. This includes but is not limited to driving paid search (PPC, SEM, etc), managing our SEO agencies, handling all email marketing, handling all social media, managing brand awareness, website management, and anything else related to the company's marketing.

Off Site Marketing Management

Oversee all web-based marketing
- Development & execution of marketing strategies
- Management of all PPC/SEM advertising campaigns

-- Bing
-- Facebook
-- Instagram
- Ongoing review of marketing channel performance and measurement of ROAs

Agency Management
- Provide direction for agency partners
- Oversee all agency activity, timelines for deliverables
- Ongoing evaluation of each agency's performance and cost

Email Marketing
-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation strategies based on segmentation of user demographics.

Brand Management
- Build Brand Awareness and Positioning
- Oversight of brand visibility
- Constant monitoring of various placement of where the brand is mentioned and the positive/ negative effect it has on performance
- Monitor competitive landscape to better position the company against external influence and association
- Strategize, build, and foster partnerships with external entities such as influencers, potential brand partners
- Develop marketing personas

On Site Marketing Management

Data Analysis
- Regularly review data being collected by services on the site to determine any weak spots in strategies.
- Determine weak points in conversion path
- Regularly validate data being collected and processed
- Ongoing documentation and assessment of performance of sales events.

Website Management
- Ongoing review and evaluation of performance of on-site features and functionality
- Brainstorm, plan, and execution the implementation of updates to site features and functionality in order to improve engagement, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Creation of new pages
- Update site's existing assets
- Delegation and management of website projects being completed by Ultrasabers internal staff where appropriate. (Determine the need for assets and assign projects to various staff members. Manage timeline and expectations for delivery. Things like photo sets, new image assets, bulk updates to datasets, video transcripts, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree, a plus

Work experience – 5-10 years’ experience as a digital Marketing professional, running paid media campaigns in B2C marketing required, including significant experience working with or for eCommerce businesses.

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive digital marketing or experience in an equivalent field
• At least two (5) years of work experience in PPC specific advertising
• Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaigns, keywords and ads within Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms
• Experience with audience targeting and remarketing
• Demonstrated experience in delivering sophisticated search media plans and strategies
• Experience with SEO co-optimization strategies and execution
• Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, campaign reports and dashboards
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ABM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
