Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Part of the IT professional team, responsible for maintenance and administration of the SAP Business system. Responsible for designing and providing various reports as requested. Create and support test databases and rectify problems.
This is a hands-on position requiring general knowledge of Intel-based PC, Laptop and Server hardware, Windows operating systems, as well as MS Office and various other office automation applications.
· Effectively and efficiently manage technical and administrative aspects of SAP Business One and add-ons supporting manufacturing, costing, inventory management, customizations and reporting.
· Hold a solid record or successful ERP system related project management (planning, testing, user acceptance and implementation)
· Successfully install and maintain systems.
· Support and assist other IT projects as directed
· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
· 6+ years ERP experience
· Technically proficient in SQL Server Management and Database Administrator functions including capacity planning, configuration and management of maintenance plans and queries.
· SAP Business One authorizations and user account administration, reporting, forms administration, end-user support.
· Strong background in all aspects of ERP related operations for Finance and Account, Inventory Control, Manufacturing and Logistics.
· Experience with Crystal Reports is required.
· Basic understanding of networks, thin-client and server virtualization, MS security domain model, and Windows Server concepts is required.
· Strong MS Office user including manipulation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and Pivot Tables.
· Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills including the ability to simplify complex ideas in basic terms to discuss with end-users, managers and business leaders.
· Strong Project Management skills and experience.
· Ability to develop and maintain methodology and best practices for system development, testing, and installation / implementation of systems in support of baseline operations as well as business initiatives which drive new development requirements in the ERP system regularly.
· Experience with Sun / Oracle and Baan for basic maintenance of legacy ERP system is also a plus.

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
