We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at All Valley Women's Care, an Obstetrics/Gynecology practice serving the community with an office in Aspen and Basalt. The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors ensuring that all of our patients receive the highest quality of care. The right candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask and enjoys being part of a team.
Duties include but are not limited to: greeting all patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, filtering incoming and outgoing phone calls, checking patients in/out, accepting payments, communicating with medical staff, documenting in patients' electronic medical records, and verification of insurance eligibility.
Experience:
Medical office: 1 year (Preferred)
