Experience in rehabilitation, nursing, or related field required. Maintain patient charts in nursing office, i.e., filing, copying, etc.

Use a variety of tools to diagnose and treat patients. Maintain appropriate medical records and keep patients informed of their progress.

Qualified applicants should be dressed professional, have a high school degree (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
