Mathiesen Landscapes, LLC, an award winning landscape firm of Stroudsburg, Pa is looking to hire landscape technicians of varying skill levels. We have opportunities on our Design-Build team for entry level through seasoned veteran foreperson/heavy equipment operators. Applicants with heavy equipment operating or truck driving experience are highly suggested to apply. We are also looking for full time landscape maintenance technicians for our expanding lawn and landscape maintenance division. We work daily in installing exceptional outdoor living spaces including patios, retaining walls, walks, and detailed planting schemes operating late model trucks and equipment. Our base yard is located centrally in Stroudsburg, Pa for easy access to our close working range for our projects. Applicants should have experience in skills such as hardscaping, lawn installation, planting, grading, and other tasks and tools/equipment associated with the landscaping construction process. Depending on your level of experience, will determine the team and level you can be placed at with Mathiesen Landscapes, LLC. Preferred skills design-build team:

• Machine (skidsteer, excavator, wheel loader) experience.
• Planting experience.
• Trailer towing.
• Hardscape/block/stone experience.

Preferred skills maintenance team:

• Zero turn mowers.
• String trimmers, hedge clippers, blowers.
• General lawn and landscape maintenance procedures.

Employees need to have valid transportation to our base yard in Stroudsburg, Pa, a valid driver's license is a must, and our TYPICAL work schedule is 7am-4pm.

Average Pay will range from $15.00-$27.00 dollars per hour with time and a half overtime. Pay is negotiable/commensurate with experience, higher skills/experience will render a higher rate.
