Collect payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and/or food served following company established accounting procedures for all transactions.

Active state/commonwealth license (LPN, RN, etc.). Assume individual accountability for own conduct and maintenance of professional appearance.

Aggressively maintain targeted past-due percentages with calls, letters, and appropriate follow up. Schedule cold calls with customers and prospects.

\* Manage daily incoming phone calls. \* Greet, check in and provide directional assistance to all guests as needed. Review of daily e-mail correspondence.
