\*Maintaining current paper filing systems; Maintaining online organization of case files. \*Proficient in Business writing, drafting emails & correspondence.

Maintain flexibility of schedules to provide adequate front desk coverage. Maintain the calendar for conference rooms/training rooms.

Associates degree or are working on a bachelors degree. Proof and assist with preparation of client deliverables.

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. This is a non-driving position (public roadways). MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
