Job Summary:

The Product Security Investigations & Enforcement Manager will be responsible for the investigations conducted by 3rd party vendors and report to the client's Global Brand Protection Regional Director for the North America Region. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States – East Coast Region.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Participates in the triage of product security incidents.
  • Collaborates with key internal stakeholders in determining appropriate investigative and resolution strategies.
  • Establishes clear objectives and action plans for achieving set targets.
  • Establishes and maintains a list of qualified 3rd party investigators within the region.
  • Assigns work to 3rd party investigator vendors.
  • Reviews and approves investigative plans (IP) and estimated budgets.
  • Provides oversight of the investigative process and approve modifications to IPs and budgets as required.
  • Provides periodic investigative updates to key internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with 3rd party vendors as well as Law Enforcement Agencies on investigations referred for enforcement.
  • Ensures investigative records are kept up to date and related metrics are appropriately captured in the case management system.
  • Conducts periodic vendor performance assessments.
  • Maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (Police Agencies, Customs, Health Authorities, Peer Companies).
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with at least five years of product security investigations or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. ASIS Member / CFE – PCI / other relevant certifications is a plus. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer that seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

  • Able to manage multiple complex projects and large-scale tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, preferably within the security/risk management/healthcare industry.

  • Analytical expertise with the ability to draw conclusions accurately through synthesizing raw data and information.
  • Effective, collaborative, and inclusive interaction at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultures.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Serve as a positive and effective team leader.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $116,500 / year.
