Medical assistant certification from a program accredited by American Association of Medical Assistants or the American Medical Technologists.

B.S. or higher in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a similar degree.

Has access to reliable transportation, holds a valid drivers license, and is able to pass a background check. Paid holidays and paid time off.

Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. Greet visitors, patients, and vendors.

Oversees the scheduling, assignments, and workflow of independent contractors used for benefits administration and payroll.
