General Contractor seeks an Executive Assistant for their Corporate Office in Gilroy.
The candidate will possess superior technology and software skills with O365, Adobe, CRM, Accounting, Zoom and Teams. Applicants with direct and relevant work experience in a corporate environment working alongside an executive team are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have advanced skills/experience with Excel, Calendaring and event planning. We are seeking a knowledgeable and seasoned staff member with a work history demonstrating long tenure and reliability.
Responsibilities include:
· Assist Senior Vice President with workload organization and email and calendar management
· Document preparation and other miscellaneous tasks to support Senior Staff team
· Schedule internal meetings
· Co-ordinating corporate events
· Prepare Reports
· Internal process auditing
· Perform cross functional duties and administrative tasks with various departments
Candidate should possess the following skills:
· High-level attention to detail (mandatory)
· High-level organizational skills (mandatory)
· Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
· Construction experience in some capacity preferred but not mandatory
Occasional travel to office in Livermore may be requested from time to time.
Spanish speaking a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
