What You'll Do:
As a Senior Product Delivery Manager at Edward Jones, you will be leading multiple diverse and highly collaborative digital teams fully staffed with all of the other essential roles (such as Digital Product Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, embedded QA, etc.) that make up a highly functioning team. Together we focus on the success and execution of the Digital Branch Experience portfolio. You will be responsible for the strategy and creative thought leadership for these matrix teams. Your efforts will allow the firm's best advice and guidance to be integrated across our branch and client tools.
We are hoping that you will want to join the team and could work with any one of the following areas:

Act as a People Leader over Product Delivery Managers who lead the engineering individuals on our product teams and are ultimately responsible for the outcomes of those product teams.
- Simultaneously directly lead important cross team supporting roles including Solution Architects and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs).
- Be a key proponent of strategy setting and relationship building with Leaders across multiple technology functions in order to align with the firm's need which could also include contract and talent management with on-shore and off-shore resource partners.
- Overcoming barriers to ensure proper investments of resources and focus to improve usability scores for software lifecycles of your teams.
- Utilize your insight for our roadmaps to ensure best practices for architectural standards and team deliverables are being upheld.
- Identify areas of opportunity to reduce technical debt by having a deep understanding of product team's systems, processes, priorities and relaying those messages to Senior Leadership.
What Experience you Need:-
Bachelors degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.

10+ years of experience directly related to the design and delivery of technical solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (mentoring associates and leaders, leading engineers, analysts, project leaders).

Experience with leading vendor-based implementations and integrations requiring custom development.

Experience managing mixed teams of associates, contingent workforce, statement of work and offshore resources.
What Could Set You Apart:-
Experience building out solutions that support real-time, high-volume systems in a complex computing environment with Financial Services business is a plus
