Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel, guest and team members and their property by providing constant vigilance in and around the resort's premises.

Review menus with guests and answer any questions about menu items, offering descriptions and making. Take guests' food and beverage orders and enter orders

Answer phone calls and direct callers as appropriate. During the winter this position is about 32 hours per week, full-time the rest of the year.

Transfer escalated calls if needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Offer suggestions and guidance for guests with their purchases. I love being able to interact with guests every day and giving them a reason to smile!
