Job Description-Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist

Country Club Enterprises (CCE Golf Cars), New England’s leading golf car distributor, is expanding our Accounting Team! We are searching for an experienced AP/AR Specialist to work out of our headquarters in Wareham, MA. This vital position will report to the Controller.

What we’re looking for:

• Several years of experience in an Accounts Receivable/Payable/Bookkeeping role
• Associate’s degree or applicable work history
• Strong computer skills/ability to learn new technologies
• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills to interact with various internal departments and external customers.

Daily Responsibilities Consist of:

· Accounts Receivable:

• Preparation of customer invoices and mailings
• Monthly statements
• Daily Cash posting
• Process Credit Card payments
• Check credit holds daily or as requested and release or call customer for payment

Accounts Payable:

• Payment of invoices by verifying transaction information and preparation of disbursements
• Weekly check processing
• Posting to general ledger accounts
