What you will do:
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy with internal and external contacts.
  • Perform administrative functions associated with the day-to-day operations of the Regulatory Compliance Department and PCSLD, including:
    • Organize and update critical Compliance files.
    • Maintain travel profiles and book business travel for department personnel.
    • Run monthly budget reports in Oracle ERP and update Excel spreadsheet.
    • Create purchase orders to procure outside services.
    • Code, process, and track invoices in Oracle ERP
    • Process staff expense reports in Oracle ERP
    • Organize, schedule and coordinate meetings/events (in person and virtual).
    • Create meeting agendas, capture, track, and report on action items.
    • Format and proof business letters.
    • Ship and receive mail.
    • Maintain office supplies and safety related equipment inventory.
    • Track and file State and Federal regulatory correspondence and arrange for various payments to regulatory agencies through Accounts Payable.
    • Maintain department fleet vehicle (oil change, car wash, renew tabs).
  • Support effective day-to-day operations by assisting with ongoing development of Regulatory Affairs records management processes.
  • Provide timely, accurate and efficient administrative support to the Regulatory Compliance Department staff and others as required.
  • Communicate and work with all members of Regulatory Compliance and other teams by taking a team approach to problems and their solutions.
  • Provide orientation to new department staff.
Who You Are:
You have the following education & experience:
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills is required.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office, Oracle, SharePoint, TeamConnect, WorkDay, and other web-based applications.
  • Proven competency in clerical skills.
  • General knowledge of Enbridge and/or experience in the pipeline industry.
  • Post-secondary certificate or 5 years of demonstrated progressive administrative experience is required.

Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
