May initiate rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenant where permitted by state regulations. Coordinates tenant events and appreciation.

Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.

Must have own car and not have a criminal record. Client loves to be outdoors and go fishing. High school or equivalent (Preferred).
