We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our professional and patient focused Clinician team in our Outpatient Physical Therapy facility located in Lusby, MD. Treat patients in a comfortable clinic environment, with a strong support staff. (H1B Transfers are welcome and encouraged to apply).

Overview of PT Responsibilities

*Review physician's referral and patient medical records to formulate diagnosis and best course of treatment.

*Routinely perform diagnostic and prognostic exams to evaluate muscle, nerve, joint and functional abilities.

*Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.

*Use equipment, stimulation, soft tissue mobilization and manual techniques to assist patients in their recovery process.

*Create individualized home exercise programs to improve health/wellness and customize conventional PT techniques to meet individual needs of patients.

*Document assessments, progress notes, and re- evaluations and using WebPT.

Be licensed, or in the process of becoming licensed, by the Board of Medicine, in the State of Practice.

Be available Monday - Friday Noon - 8 PM.

Must own a personal vehicle for transportation to and from the clinic location.
