We are seeking a qualified Ecommerce Sales Assistant to fill a full time position. We are a team that values employee opinion to work together to identify solve potential issues quickly and efficiently.

Duties Include:

• Working with Excel files
• Reviewing and clearing item data before it goes to market
• Importing new products by class into Channel Advisor
• Matching and verifying product images & product data against actual marketplace data
• Evaluating eCommerce marketplace reports/metrics
• Monitoring marketplace health
• Working with marketplaces to resolve data errors
• Auditing product data
• Updating daily sales and tracking reports
• Reviewing and resolving marketplace errors
• Working with other sales team members to accomplish departmental goals and tasks

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to self-prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Be a “Team Player” but also make independent decisions
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office and Excel specifically
• Knowledge of online marketplaces
• Critical thinking
• Experience in an office setting helpful
• Knowledge of fashion terminology helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
