Assignments are tailored to the team members' physical location.

Current therapy positions offered are Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem and tailored to specific geographic proximity. Our team always tailors case assignments to one's schedule and availability.

We would prefer for a candidate to have recent home health experience, but are also very interested in candidates with strong outpatient rehabilitation and/or hospital backgrounds as well as Colorado-issued licenses.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
• Current physical therapy license issued by the state of Colorado and a current CPR certificate
• Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, computers, laptops, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation (we provide significant training as needed)
• Reliable transportation
