Processing incoming payments from tenants - ACH, credit cards, personal checks. Addressing miscellaneous financial issues with agents and clients.

Self-directed, demonstrate initiative and professionalism, and exercise expert clinical judgment to function independently in this role.

Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. Strong organizational and stress management skills.

Work with product managers and designers to develop reusable web components using TypeScript, StencilJS, SCSS, and Node. Web components utilizing shadow DOM.
