What You’ll Do:
Assist retail auto service team with customer service, suggestive selling and customer scheduling. Services include qualifying customer needs, product selection and availability and closing the sale.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
  • Provide outstanding customer service on telephone.
  • Assist retail store customers with questions regarding in products, Brakes, Chassis, Exhaust, Shocks and Struts in addition to Tier 1 product knowledge
  • Understand retail Tire Desk duties.
  • Provide Peer Leadership to Tier 1 agents
  • Assist customers with problem resolution.
  • Work closely with stores and vendors on customer issues.
  • Scheduling of in-store customer appointments.
  • Perform special order buying duties for retail stores.
  • Be able to create work orders including products and services sold on telephone.
  • Maintain daily goal assessments to meet individual goals.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
What It Takes:
Two to Three years experience in automotive customer service.
  • One to two years call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to read, write and converse in English language.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to function as a team member.
  • Ability to work under specific instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to influence people in their opinions, attitudes and judgments.
  • Ability to organize and establish priorities.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite.
  • General office skills including typing, filing, record keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to learn and perform all primary job functions accurately with minimal supervision with 30 days of employment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive and tire functions, maintenance and repairs.
