OAHS seeks an extremely detailed and service-oriented person to fill our Human Resources Team Member role. The essential functions will include benefits administration (enrollment, reconciling invoices for payment, claims resolution, COBRA, etc.), FMLA administration, and workers compensation. Assists with the hiring and onboarding process (overseeing applicant tracking system, completing new hire orientations and processing new-hire paperwork), maintains enrollments and assignments for online and classroom training, assists with processing performance appraisals, performs general support for various HR functions, and provides basic HR support to staff and other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications: Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent HR working experience may be substituted for a college degree. Prefer 2+ years of progressive human resources experience especially working with time, attendance, and payroll. Needs intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive & confidential situations and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills with great attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials; strong analytical, problem solving & organization skills. Motivated self-starter with proven time management and organizational skills who has a sense of urgency and takes pride in delivering high quality support.
Hours are full-time (32-40 hours per week) typically Mon-Fri and will qualify for our full benefits package.
