The ideal candidate for the Brand Marketing Specialist position would go through hands-on training with our team through a program we've developed to prepare you for opportunities within the business. Our firm provides customer service retention and sales acquisitions for our clients by delivering results and quality customer service experiences for our clients. We succeed by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care to new customers.

Our success relies on our promote-from-within culture. All of our managers have also completed the program and are therefore able to understand everything from the entry-level up. This program is designed to prepare you for your ideal career in sales, business development, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Attend daily and weekly office meetings to discuss go-to-market strategies and sales metrics
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends & client products, services, and promotions
• Utilize marketing and communication practices with customer, clients and coworkers
• Continuously manage performance through coaching, development of sales skills, motivation, goal setting, and day-to-day direction
• Identify customer needs and present solutions through face-to-face sales
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
