Route Drivers (CDL B Class) complete a local route picking-up or switching out grey confidential shred/secure bins for destruction, on occasion retrieve or deliverer storage boxes from warehouse/clients.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends)

HOURS: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (FULL TIME includes OT + Occasional weekends )

LOCATION: 6401 W. 106th Street #801 , Bloomington, MN 55420

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive an automatic 20ft - 26ft Box Truck, Tipper, and/or Mobile Shred Unit to pick up and/or shred confidential documents from various businesses
• Handle all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance
• Make an average of 25+ stops a day, heavy customer interaction
• Prepare accurate paperwork and records
• Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations
• Lift at least 50lbs./ haul up to 100lbs.
• Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must have B class license and 1 year of experience
• Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and a DOT physical/drug test
• Have a clean driving records for the last 3 years
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
