How You Will Make an Impact

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Corporate Controller, you will build and lead an accounting team that will encompass many parts of our business. You and your team will primarily support non-dealership operations (including Real Estate and Operating Businesses), consolidation financial statements, and develop/manage an audit team to create controls and provide guidance for all levels of management. You will directly impact our organizational efficiency and our ability to effectively achieve our financial goals.

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
• Demonstrates expertise in two or more of the following areas of accounting:

• Effectively Manages intercompany debt documentation and payment
• Shows technical proficiency while building, leading and managing a variety of non-dealership accounting related needs
• Uses strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills to prepare and present information effectively to decision makers.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Needed to Win:

• Previous experience in Public Accounting at a Manager Level or Higher OR experience as a controller for a manufacturer, REIT, or PE firm.
• CPA license
• Previous experience in the Automotive Industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
• Federal or State tax experience a plus
