Soho Wellness Med Spa is opening their second location in Wesley Chapel in March and we are looking for 2 part time (25 hours) customer service booking co-ordinators to join our busy team. This post shall be in our South Tampa location.

We provide treatments ranging from Massage, Facials and Cosmetic treatments such as, Botox, fillers, PDO Threads and equipment such as Morpheus8, Vivace, PRP, Microneedling, Diamond glow and more.

We are looking for applicants who are knowledgeable in the industry and interested to learn more in the field. Preferably someone who has worked in a dermatology office, med spa, or spa with a similar background. Must be able to work well under pressure and use their own initiative. This is a calm yet fast pace environment which involves a lot of multi tasking.

After an initial induction period learning the front desk of checking our guests in and out, you shall move upstairs to our Call Centre. This is where you shall be responsible for answering and dealing with customer calls and concerns, ensuring online bookings are booked as effectively as possible, ensuring our therapists are fully booked and relevant paper work has been sent out and returned by our guests before they arrive for their treatments.

SOHO Wellness is open 7 days per week with various shifts available, weekend availability is a must. This position is offer on a part time or full time basis (when needed).
